A rustic French classic with a rich, full flavour. Pâté Gascogne is prepared according to traditional recipes from the Gascogne region, with carefully selected pork, cognac and a refined blend of herbs.
The result is a creamy pâté with a distinctive, savoury flavour and an authentic rural character.
Delicious on a fresh piece of baguette, toast or as part of a convivial snack platter. Perfect with cornichons, mustard or a glass of red wine.
